Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated natural gas transmission and distribution company operating in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the hiring of rental office premises in Landhi Zone and Bin Qasim Zone. The premises must admeasure a total area of 450 to 700 square yards and be located in the main area of Landhi with easy accessibility. The property must include sufficient parking space for vehicles and shall be awarded under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. This tender enquiry is referenced as SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14349 with bid submission deadline extended to July 17, 2026 at 11:00 hours.
Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess legally cleared ownership or valid title documents of the premises being offered. Interested parties must have proper documentation establishing clear ownership or lease rights. A fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees only) in the form of pay order or demand draft payable to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is required to be submitted with each priced bid. The bid bond must be submitted in original form to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office, with a scanned copy uploaded on the EPADS portal; non-submission of the original bid bond will result in bid rejection.
