Office Premises Rental for Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation

The Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation (SW&SC), Government of Sindh, invites sealed electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for acquiring office premises on a rental basis for a period of three years. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process open to registered and well-reputed firms, companies, or persons with valid and active registration with the State Revenue Board (SRB) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The tender reference is SW&SC/Admin/- 244 of 2026, with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 0.500 million and a tender fee of Rs. 3,000. The project scope encompasses the provision of suitable office premises within the territorial jurisdiction of Sukkur Municipal Corporation, Sindh.

Eligible bidders must possess valid registrations with SRB and FBR, and must submit original affidavits on judicial e-stamp paper (Rs. 500 each) attesting to the authenticity of furnished documents and confirming that the firm is not involved in litigation, departmental disputes, or abandonment of previous work. The bid security shall be pledged in the name of Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation in the form of a call deposit, pay order, or demand draft as prescribed in SPP Rules, obtained from any scheduled bank. Evaluation of technical proposals is based on a yes/no or pass/fail assessment, with no negotiation permitted; bidders must submit their best and final price.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA EPADS System website. The deadline for submission of electronic bids is 19 August 2026 at 11:00 AM (first attempt), with a second attempt scheduled for 3 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM on the respective submission deadline dates in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days. Both the tender fee (non-refundable) and bid security must be delivered physically to the Procuring Agency before the submission deadline.
