Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the registration of a chemist to provide discount on all patent medicines registered in the Red Book latest edition for the Mehrabpur and Nawabshah region in Sindh province. This tender is issued under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure on a complete package basis. The scope of work involves establishing a chemist registration arrangement to facilitate procurement of medicines at discounted rates for SSGC employees and beneficiaries in the specified region. The supplier must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and meet all technical and commercial requirements outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered businesses with valid tax status and experience in pharmaceutical distribution and discount schemes. A bid security of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand rupees only) in the form of a pay order or demand draft favoring Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is mandatory. No bid shall be entertained without the required bid bond and earnest money. Bidders are required to participate via EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Disposal System) and ensure all documents, including the physical bid bond, are properly submitted to the tender room at SSGC headquarters before the deadline.
Bid documents are available for download from the SSGC website and EPADS portal. Technical proposals and financial proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. Technical offers will be opened and evaluated first, and financial offers of only technically compliant bidders will be opened on a later intimated date in the presence of bidder representatives. Submissions must be made before the extended deadline of 20 July 2026 at 10:30 hours.
