Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas utility operating in the Federal region, invites bids for the supply of Factory Bend under Tender Enquiry No. SN-4793/26. This procurement is open to local manufacturers, suppliers, and foreign vendors with approved local agents. The tender is issued on 22 June 2026 with bid opening scheduled for 28 July 2026 at 1500 hours at the Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as per the single-stage two-envelope system outlined in the tender documents.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and should possess valid Sales Tax Registration Certificates and Income Tax Certificates where applicable. A bid bond in original form must be provided in accordance with Clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders and attached as Annexure-II, placed separately in the financial proposal envelope. The offer must remain valid for ninety days from the tender closing date. Bidders are required to submit complete documentation including technical literature, questionnaire, schedule of requirements with delivery terms, technical specifications with clause-by-clause commentary, and all mandatory annexures covering integrity pacts, performance guarantees, black listing declarations, and beneficial ownership disclosures.
Bid documents are available from SNGPL and may be obtained by interested parties. All bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked confidential and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement) at the above-mentioned Lahore office by 1430 hours on 28 July 2026.
