The Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Gahkuch invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms for the financial year 2026-2027. This comprehensive procurement notice encompasses multiple categories of supplies and services essential for hospital operations in Gahkuch, Gilgit-Baltistan. The tender covers local purchase of medicines, surgical items, laboratory reagents and chemical supplies; purchase of liveried PPE and Covid-19 items; filing of medical gas in 50 kg and 10 kg cylinders; purchase of medicines against Sehat-Sahulat Program; purchase of food items for indoor patient diets; ORD store items; miscellaneous supplies; repair of vehicles and engine oil supply; purchase of stationery and printing items; repair or purchase of machinery, equipment, furniture and surgical and laboratory equipment; minor repair of hospital building; and waste management and sewerage services. The total estimated value across all items reflects a substantial scope of hospital maintenance and operational procurement.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit affidavits without black listing and no court cases against their firm or company. All required documents from CNIC, PEC or relevant certifications must be attested. Bidders supplying LP Medicine must hold appropriate licenses from concerned authorities and provide copies with bidding documents. Stationery suppliers must demonstrate availability of stationery stores or auto workshops in Gahkuch Bazar near the hospital area. The call deposit amount ranges from 10,000 to 400,000 Pakistani Rupees depending on the item category. Successful bidders will be responsible for supplying medicines and surgical items of the same brand and company as prescribed by consultants, physicians and surgeons, with strict prohibition on substitution of short-expiry products. Unjustified or inflated rates will lead to disqualification of bids.
Bid documents are available from the concerned sections of DHQ Hospital Gahkuch during working hours before closing time. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the call deposit. Submission deadline is fixed for 13-07-2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same date for the first item, while other items have varied submission and opening dates in July and September 2026. Bidders must submit previous supply completion certificates from FY 2025-26 from the concerned branch for consideration in the tender evaluation process.
