Action For Humanity (AFH), an international non-governmental organisation operating in Pakistan since September 2022, invites tenders from financially strong and registered firms and suppliers for the installation of RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants in Tehsil Jalalpur Pir Wala and Ahmedpur Sharqia in South Punjab, Pakistan. The tender reference is RFQ No:003-06-2026 dated June 23, 2026. Bidders must possess vast experience in RO plant installation within the specified field areas, with local vendors having relevant experience being preferred. All quotations must be submitted on official letterhead with date, signature, and company stamp, and must include prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms or suppliers with proven financial strength and relevant experience in RO plant installations. Required documentation includes a copy of CNIC and NTN, comprehensive company profile detailing past experience, registration documents with taxation authorities, and a major client list. Bank details including account title, account number, and IBAN must be provided for payment transfer purposes. Valid and up-to-date contact information including phone numbers and email addresses is mandatory to ensure smooth communication throughout the procurement process and subsequent contract execution.
Bids must be submitted via email to the Procurement Committee at procurement.pk@actionforhumanity.org before 17:00 hours PST on July 5, 2026. Quotations submitted after the stipulated deadline will not be entertained as per AFH policy. Both technical and financial bids must be included in the submission.
