Description / Scope of Work
PTCL and PTML invite competitive bids in Pakistani Rupees on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for provision of Manning Services covering the period 2026 to 2029. This tender is issued in accordance with the procurement requirements and policies of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited and Pakistan Telecommunication Mobile Limited. The scope of services encompasses staffing and manning requirements as specified in the Request for Proposal document. Interested bidders are required to review the complete RFP for detailed service specifications, scope, and technical requirements that will be provided through the SAP Ariba procurement platform.
Vendor registration is mandatory for all bidders seeking to supply materials or services to PTCL and PTML. All vendors must possess a valid Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL and PTML and must clearly mention this code on their quotations and bids. Unregistered vendors are required to complete the vendor registration process with PTCL and PTML to establish a good and continuous business relationship. The vendor registration form is available for download from the official PTCL website to facilitate compliance with this essential requirement.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform portal and must be complete in all aspects as per the procedures outlined in the RFP document. The bid submission deadline is 29 June 2026 before 23:59 hours, and any bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened.
