Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the rehabilitation of washrooms at its National Ventures and Research Outlets (NVROs) in Karachi Division, Sindh. The project encompasses the provision and fixing of 81 premium quality vitreous china washroom basins and 81 washroom commodes with complete installation, including removal of existing fixtures, disposal of unserviceable materials, proper bedding with cement mortar, installation of all necessary fittings such as waste pipes, pillar cocks, flexible connections, flush tanks, and seat covers. The scope includes testing for leakage, final cleaning, and handover in serviceable condition at PSO House. RFQ reference RC-19745AS (SAP No. 6100017114) issued on 22 June 2026 with quotation deadline 07 July 2026.
Prospective bidders must be capable of deploying a site engineer with minimum five years relevant experience in civil or mechanical work and an HSE supervisor with three years experience and appropriate training certifications. Contractors must submit material procurement schedules, project schedules with mobilization plans, equipment and manpower deployment details, and staff CVs with bid. Quality assurance requires only first-class approved materials and workmanship confirming to WO/SO specifications. PSO reserves the right to conduct material testing and inspections at vendor's cost and reserves approval of any equivalent offerings.

Quotations must include unit prices in Pakistani Rupees for each item with total amounts calculated. Contractor must comply with all PSO Health, Safety and Environment standards, provide proper site cordoning, use certified PPE, conduct fortnightly progress reports with work completion percentages, and obtain verification from outlet dealers before final DE approval. Payment requires attached work completion certificates with invoices.
