Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the rehabilitation of washrooms and pantries at the OMC Building located at Mehmoodkot Terminal in Sindh province. The project scope encompasses comprehensive civil and mechanical works including dismantling of existing structures, concrete laying, plaster finishing, tile work, painting, brick masonry, and plumbing installations. The work involves dismantling 10 cubic meters of existing civil structures, providing and laying 18 cubic meters of 1:2:4 concrete with SR cement, applying plain plaster over 40 square meters, providing and laying 55 square meters of matt finish tiles and 110 square meters of glazed tiles, applying emulsion distemper paint over 300 square meters and weather shield paint over 230 square meters, providing 2 cubic meters of brick masonry, and installing UPVC pipes, 3/4-inch PVC plumbing pipes, and 1-inch PVC plumbing pipes with a total combined length of 220 meters. The tender reference is OP-19736AM with SAP number 6100017049, and quotations must be submitted by 07.07.2026.
Qualified vendors are required to provide quotations for all listed items with complete specifications and unit rates in Pakistani Rupees. Bidders must submit earnest money as specified in the tender documents and ensure all work is executed as per the specifications and under the supervision of the Engineer Incharge. The project is located at Mehmoodkot Terminal in Sindh province, and all work must comply with PSO standards and requirements.
