Description / Scope of Work
The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology (GIKI), located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of laboratory equipment and consumables under HEC TDF Project No. 04-167 on a lot-wise basis. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and covers various laboratory equipment items to be delivered and installed at the institute's facilities. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology utilizing the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and hold relevant business registration and credentials. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call at Deposit, or alternatively by submitting a Bid Security Declaration as stipulated in the bidding document. Qualified bidders are required to register themselves on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform prior to bid submission.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 10, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically through the EPADS platform.
