For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This procurement targets LN2 containers, AI accessories and DNA testing equipment for a livestock genetics facility in Punjab under a government herd improvement scheme.
The Rs. 44.2 million budget indicates medium-scale multi-item supply. Key complexity: items span agricultural consumables and specialized laboratory equipment—bidders must hold authorizations across product categories or partner appropriately. Three-year supply history requirement and framework contract structure suggest competitive repeat ordering potential, not a one-off purchase.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax), hold valid professional tax registration, and provide three-year business history with documented supply orders. Authorization from original manufacturers is mandatory for dealers. Typically, suppliers of laboratory and agricultural equipment must demonstrate technical capacity and quality certification; import documentation required for overseas-sourced items.
