Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force, under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible and registered firms for the renovation and upgradation of the Rect Cell and IT Section in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The procurement includes Lot-1 for fitting and installation of cupboards, workstations, tables, and purchase of chairs, along with items such as air conditioning units, touch tablets, automatic glass sliding doors, personal computers, printers, cameras, and shredders. This tender is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations governing government procurement in Pakistan.
Only firms and contractors registered with PPRA on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) as vendors are eligible to participate in this bidding process. Interested bidders must possess a registration certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for GST and NTN, demonstrate sound financial position with bank statements from the preceding year, provide experience details from the previous five years of work, furnish a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation, and preferably be authorized dealers of the mentioned product categories in Pakistan. All quoted prices must include applicable taxes, duties, installation charges, and training costs. Bid security money must be submitted in hard copy format prior to the opening of bids.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA EPADS portal and the Anti Narcotics Force website. The bidding will be conducted through EPADS 2.0 following the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The deadline for bid submission is 10 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with public opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM at the office of the President Tender Opening Committee, Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force, Wavel Lines, Opposite Nur Khan Airbase, Chaklala, Rawalpindi.
