Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites bids for the renovation of the first floor of the main building at the Gas Metering and Calibration Facility (GM & CF) at Karachi Terminal in Sindh. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure conducted under the PPRA Rules 2004 on a complete package basis. The scope of work includes comprehensive renovation services for contractors holding a valid PEC Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Subcategory CE-10. The tender enquiry reference is SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14367 with a closing date of 13 July 2026. The contract will be awarded based on technical and financial evaluation of compliant proposals.
Suppliers must be registered as active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to qualify for participation. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 140,000 (One Hundred Forty Thousand Rupees) in the form of a pay order or demand draft is required and must be submitted before bid submission. The bid bond is payable in favour of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bidders are required to register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8 March 2023 for online submission of all tender documents.
Bids will be received online through the EPADS Portal on or before 13 July 2026 at 1130 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same day. Tender documents are available for download from the SSGC website and EPADS. Bidders must submit technical proposals and financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes. Technical offers will be evaluated first, and financial offers from only technically compliant bidders will be opened on a later date. All documents must be properly signed and stamped.
