The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of lab equipment for Mines Labour Welfare Girls High School located in Dandot, District Chakwal, Punjab. The tender reference is MLW/CE/L.E-GHSD/21/26 with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,901,000. This procurement aims to equip the girls high school laboratory with necessary educational equipment to enhance the quality of science education at the institution. The bidding process will be conducted through the E-PADS portal under Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in compliance with PPRA Rules.
Prospective bidders must possess valid and active Income/Sales Tax Registration and Professional Tax Registration certificates along with other mandatory documents as specified in the tender document. Bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs. 245,050, must be submitted in the form of a CDR or original bid security to the undersigned office by the closing deadline. The authorization letter from the Original Manufacturer is mandatory for all interested bidders. Only responsive bids meeting all stipulated criteria shall be considered for technical evaluation.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website and E-PADS platform. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 9 July 2026 at 01:00 P.M. The technical proposal will be opened on the same date at 01:30 P.M. at the office of the Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, 70 Trade Centre Block, Johar Town, Lahore (telephone: 042-99232249, 042-99232121). Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on a scheduled date to be announced later. Bids remain valid for ninety days following the technical bid opening.
