Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, located in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract to supply dental and x-ray items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is three million Pakistani rupees, and the procurement is being conducted through the E-PADs (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) on an item-wise basis. This framework agreement will establish approved suppliers for ongoing dental and radiological equipment and consumables required by the hospital to support its clinical operations and patient care delivery.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the E-PADs system in relevant categories and should be well-reputed firms with proven experience in supplying dental and x-ray medical items. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of two percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Successful bidders will be required to deposit an equal performance guarantee of two percent of the total contract value, which will be refunded upon successful completion of all contract obligations. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or unclear bids will be rejected outright.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS website. Electronic bids must be received through E-PADS by 10:30 AM on 10 July 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives. The original two percent bid security must be submitted before the tender opening date. Bidders must fill all required forms, tables, and schedules provided in the bidding documents and stamp and sign all pages before submission.
