Dental Materials, Instruments and OT Consumables Framework Contract by Saidu College of Dentistry

Saidu College of Dentistry, Saidu Sharif Swat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites e-bids through the E-PADS electronic procurement portal for a framework contract to supply dental materials, dental instruments, anesthesia drugs, surgical and operating theatre consumables, pathology laboratory chemicals, x-ray film, bedding and clothing, stationery, electrical and hardware items, and contingency supplies during the fiscal year 2026-27. This comprehensive procurement covers multiple categories of medical and operational supplies required for the functioning of the dental college. The procurement shall be executed under a Single Stage Single Envelope process in accordance with Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules, 2014, ensuring transparent and regulated procurement practices.

Only suppliers and contractor firms registered with KPPRA and E-PADS are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders must be authorized vendors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and KPK professional tax authorities where applicable. A bid security instrument in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory and must be submitted in original form to the Principal's office. Unregistered firms may complete their registration on the official procurement portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before submitting their bids to qualify for participation.

Electronic bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on the E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and www.scd.edu.pk. Bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding instructions and submitted through E-PADS on or before August 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. All scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded through the E-PADS system.
