Water and Sanitation Agency Narowal invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of diesel generator sets at two disposal stations in Narowal city, Punjab. The procurement comprises two items: a 350-KVA Cummins diesel generator set for the Disposal Station at Zafarwal Road with an estimated cost of Rs. 13.860 million, and a 250-KVA Cummins diesel generator set for the Disposal Station at New Lahore Road with an estimated cost of Rs. 10.350 million. Both items have a completion time limit of one month. The total project scope involves critical infrastructure for water and sanitation operations in Narowal district.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid licenses with specific codes ME03 and EE03, and must also be registered on the E-PAD procurement system as per Government of Punjab directions for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders are required to upload earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5% of the estimated cost on E-PADs in favour of the Managing Director WASA Narowal. The original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee half an hour before bid opening. Bids submitted 5% or more below the sanctioned estimated cost require bidders to deposit the difference as performance security within 15 days of tender receipt.
Tenders must be submitted on E-PAD (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) on an item rates basis with a closing date of 15 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM by the Tender Opening Committee through E-PAD.
