For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a goods procurement for campus maintenance supplies at a federal educational institution in Sahiwal. The tender covers multiple categories (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, generator items) suggesting moderate scale and diverse supplier base. The August 13 deadline is tight from July 28 publication, allowing just over two weeks for bid preparation. This appears a one-off semester-related procurement rather than a framework contract. Suppliers should verify specific item requirements and specifications in the full bidding documents available on ePADS, as goods procurements from universities typically have standardized technical parameters.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. The notice does not explicitly state PEC registration or NTN requirements, but typically bidders in federal goods procurement must be registered with the relevant tax authority (NTN) and hold valid business registration with SECP or equivalent. Suppliers of electrical, HVAC and plumbing goods typically require product certifications or quality approvals relevant to their categories.
