Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore invites sealed electronic bids for framework contract procurement of reagents on rental basis with placement of fully automated chemistry analyzer and immunoassay analyzer for the Pathology Department during financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses the supply and installation of laboratory analyzers along with consumable reagents required for ongoing pathology operations at the institute in Lahore. The procurement is designed to ensure continuous availability of testing capabilities and consumables necessary for the department's diagnostic services.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized sole agents of foreign principals with valid business registration and relevant experience in medical equipment supply. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, along with all documents establishing eligibility, qualification, and conformity of goods to the bidding documents. Technical specifications and detailed requirements are provided in Section III of the bidding document. All bidders must comply with applicable Pakistan Standards and international quality standards for laboratory equipment and reagents.
