Description / Scope of Work
Government Haji Abdul Qayyum DHQ Hospital Sahiwal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, suppliers and firms for the supply of various medical items and consumables under eight framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises Package-1 for X-Ray Films, Hangers, Fixtures and Radiology Items valued at 4 Million rupees; Package-2 for Laboratory Items valued at 9 Million rupees; Package-3 for Miscellaneous General Store Consumables valued at 8.6 Million rupees; Package-4 for Miscellaneous General Store Durable Items valued at 9.7 Million rupees; Package-5 for Dental Items valued at 2 Million rupees; Package-6 for Printing Materials valued at 3 Million rupees; Package-7 for Stationary Items valued at 4 Million rupees; and Package-8 for Medical Gases valued at 4 Million rupees, with a total estimated value of 44.3 Million rupees. All packages are to be procured for the Sahiwal hospital facility in Punjab province.
Interested eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, sales tax registration, income tax registration and any relevant product certifications or authorization letters where applicable. Each package requires a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost to be submitted in the form of bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, pay order or bank draft. The bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately.
Bidding documents containing detailed item specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available free of cost on the PPRA website and the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal with original bid security documents submitted physically at the Medical Superintendent's office. The deadline for bid submission is 11 July 2026 at 1:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 1:30 PM.
