Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MOIB) invites pre-qualification applications from event management companies, media firms, and service providers for event management and support services procurement planned for fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level non-consulting services procurement under single stage-one envelope bidding process. The pre-qualification process aims to shortlist eligible service providers who will subsequently be invited to participate in formal bidding for contract award. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the later procurement proceedings, with formal invitations to bid expected to follow pre-qualification evaluation and contract agreements to be signed with successful bidders thereafter.
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants subject to fulfilling specified eligibility requirements detailed in the pre-qualification documents. Applicants must demonstrate financial resources, past experience in event management and related contracts, financial capacity and net worth, and average annual turnover as per the evaluation criteria outlined in the document. Required documents include financial statements, evidence of past completed contracts, and capacity assessment forms. All applications must comply with the prescribed format and submission requirements.
