Description / Scope of Work
Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, under the Government of Sindh Health Department, invites sealed electronic bids for repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses comprehensive repair services for medical equipment and machinery essential to hospital operations. The procurement is conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Auctions system (EPADS) and is open to registered suppliers and contractors capable of delivering timely and quality repair services.
Eligible bidders must register themselves on the EPADS platform at http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bidders are required to submit an original Pay Order for tender fee (non-refundable) and bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft payable to the Medical Superintendent GMMMMC Hospital Sukkur. All bids must be accompanied by relevant certificates and technical qualifications. Local bidders may be preferred to ensure quick emergency response and support. The bid validity period is 90 days and can be extended as per relevant government rules.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS system; manual submissions will not be accepted. The submission deadline, tender opening date and time are specified in the Notice Inviting Tender published on the SPPRA website and EPADS portal, which bidders must strictly follow. Late bids will be rejected. Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS platform. All bidders must carefully complete the tender form, provide accurate rates and specifications, and acknowledge adherence to the instructions to bidders by signing with official seal. The successful contractor will be required to provide performance security based on the awarded work value and complete all repair work within the stipulated timeframe.
