Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, operating under the Health Department of the Government of Sindh, invites electronic bids for the provision of diet services for patients for the financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses the supply and delivery of nutritional meals and dietary provisions to support patient care within the hospital facility located in Sukkur. The scope of work involves meeting the dietary requirements of hospitalized patients in compliance with medical and nutritional standards as specified by the hospital administration.
Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS system at http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee as an original pay order and bid security amounting to Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft in the name of the Medical Superintendent, GMMMC Hospital Sukkur. Performance security of 5 percent in the shape of a pay order is also mandatory. Conditional tenders against government policy will not be entertained and are liable for rejection.
Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal only; manual bids will not be received. The tender validity period is 90 days and may be extended as per relevant rules. Bidders should carefully review all instructions, specifications, terms and conditions provided in the tender document and must sign with their firm's seal confirming strict compliance. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities at any stage and to modify specifications. Local bidders may be preferred to ensure emergency preparedness.
