Miscellaneous Milk Tea Material Procurement by SNGPL

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Procurement Department Islamabad is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of miscellaneous milk tea material under reference ISL/TE/004/2026. The procurement has been reserved with funds for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for all interested bidders registered on the portal.

Eligible bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows the guidelines and regulations issued by the competent authority.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 03:00 PM.
