Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the EPACS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a waste treatment system on DAP basis. This procurement, referenced as HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-22062026-1/P21, is for the establishment of a Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II) located at G-11/3, Islamabad. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 70 Million PKR, with a bid security of 1,400,000 PKR. The scope encompasses complete waste management infrastructure for healthcare facility operations in Punjab's federal capital region.
All interested bidders must register on EPACS to be eligible for participation in this tender. Bidders are required to obtain the RFP documents and detailed requirements, terms and conditions from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.gov.pk. The bid security validity period is 180 days from the date of submission. The bidding procedure follows SSTE (Single Stage Two Envelope) methodology under open competitive bidding, ensuring transparency and fair competition among qualified vendors.
Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on EPACS on or before 19th July 2026, with no later submission accepted after 04:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 04:30 PM on EPACS platform.
