Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Narowal Campus invites sealed electronic bids on a single stage single envelope basis from registered authorized or sole dealers, suppliers and distributors of books for the Library. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 9.45 million, with a comprehensive list of required books provided in the bidding documents. This e-procurement initiative aims to enhance the library's collection to support academic and research activities at the institution located in Narowal, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority to participate. All interested applicants are required to submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the instructions detailed in the tender documents. A bid security of Rs. 10,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) favoring the Treasurer UET Lahore is mandatory and must be submitted physically at the office of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahbaz in the Department of Computer Engineering before the closing date and time.
Bidding documents are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and detailed information can be obtained from the PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. by the Central Procurement Cell, with manual bids not being accepted. The tender response time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date of the advertisement. Bidders should note that the University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
