Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer of Swat Irrigation Division-II, Matta invites electronic bids from eligible contractors through the EPADS portal for the Annual Operation and Maintenance Work Programme in Swat Irrigation Division-II, Matta for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses seven distinct schemes with a combined estimated cost of approximately PKR 26.23 million, including various maintenance and restoration works across irrigation infrastructure in the Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The schemes include operation and maintenance of roads with removal of slips and snow, flood and canal infrastructure maintenance in multiple irrigation sub-divisions, and restoration of small irrigation channels and ponds in Tehsil Matta, culminating in a solar-powered small lift irrigation scheme near Village Mandoor Tehsil Matta.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for Financial Year 2025-26 in the relevant category and specialization codes, maintain active KPRA registration, and possess current active status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders are required to submit a 2% earnest money deposit plus stamp duty as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation Division-II, Matta, issued by a scheduled bank. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk with complete documentation including Bill of Quantities, Rate Analysis, CNIC, PEC License, valid Enlistment, active KPRA Registration, and active FBR Status.
Bidding documents are available for download from the KPPRA website at www.irrigation.gkp.pk or through the EPADS portal. The last date and time for submission of bids is 14-07-2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. Bidders must submit original sealed envelopes containing bid security documents before the closing deadline.
