Flood Protection Works and Irrigation Channels Construction by Swabi Irrigation Division

Swabi Irrigation Division-II invites bids from eligible contractors for construction of flood protection works, irrigation channels, and canal patrol roads across multiple locations in central districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Peshawar, and Nowshera. The tender comprises 25 work packages with a combined estimated value of approximately Rs 595 million, covering construction of flood protection works along various drains and water channels, canal patrol roads at multiple locations, and installation of solar tube wells for irrigation. The projects are situated throughout the province with specific focus on flood mitigation infrastructure and irrigation capacity enhancement in vulnerable areas. Contractors must possess valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue, valid government enlishment certificate, and hold valid licenses from Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with specified PEC codes. Bid security of two percent of estimated amount must be submitted in the form of bank CDR. All bidders are required to scan and upload their bid documents and rate schedules through EPADS portal before the closing date of 13 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Bid documents can be downloaded from the irrigation website or KPPRA portal, and further information is available from the office of the Executive Engineer during working hours until one day prior to bid opening. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06 July 2026 at 10:30 AM.
