Description / Scope of Work
Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an AI Robotic Lab in the CAIT Building at the university campus in Sukkur, Sindh province. The estimated project cost is 147 million Pakistani rupees with a completion period of four months from the written order of commencement. This procurement is for the establishment of a cutting-edge artificial intelligence robotic laboratory facility to support academic and research activities at the institution.
Bidders must submit bids through the electronic procurement system EPADS in accordance with the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost (2.94 million rupees) is required, and bidders must provide a copy of the bid security pay order through EPADS with the original submitted to the university on or before the submission deadline. Tender documents require a non-refundable stationary charge of Rs. 3000 paid via demand draft or pay order. Eligible suppliers and contractors should possess relevant experience, valid NTN registration, and CNIC documentation.
Technical bids will be opened on 14 July 2026 at 3:00 PM in the Conference Hall at Aror University, with financial bids opened subsequently after technical evaluation. Bid documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 2:30 PM on 14 July 2026. The period of bid validity is 90 days and a defect liability period of six months applies after completion of work.
