Description / Scope of Work
This tender invites bids for the procurement of Qmatic and token receipt printer rolls required for Citizen Facilitation and Service Centers (CFSC) operating across Punjab under a framework contract arrangement. The procurement is issued by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) as part of eGov-03 initiative and covers supply of consumable items essential for the smooth operation of citizen service delivery centers throughout the province. The framework contract will govern the terms and conditions for supply, quality standards, and pricing mechanisms for the required goods.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and hold valid business registration certificates. Eligible bidders include suppliers, distributors, and authorized representatives of manufacturers of Qmatic systems and thermal receipt printer rolls meeting the specified technical requirements. A bid security as specified in the bid data sheet must be submitted with each bid in the form of bank guarantee or draft. Bidders are required to demonstrate their financial capability, technical expertise, and past performance in supplying similar goods to government or large-scale organizations.
Bid documents are available for download and submission shall be made online through the e-bidding portal. The detailed technical specifications for Qmatic systems and token receipt printer rolls are provided in Section-III of the tender document. Bids must be submitted before the closing date of 6 July 2026. The opening of bids will be conducted electronically by the procuring agency on the scheduled date.
