Description / Scope of Work
Government City Hospital Talagang, located in District Chakwal, Punjab, invites open public auction (Boli) for outsourcing parking services at the hospital for the financial year 2026–27. The parking stand contract will be auctioned through competitive bidding with a reserve price of Rs. 506,000. The contract runs from 01 September 2026 to 30 June 2027 and is extendable up to three months. Bidders may submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system or manually. The auction will take place on 29 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with document submission closing at 11:00 AM the same day.
All bidders must possess active FBR or PRA taxpayer status and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA as per Punjab Health and Population Department's Policy and PPRA Rules. Participants are required to submit earnest money of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Medical Superintendent. The earnest money can also be paid via PSID on the e-Procurement portal. Security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is mandatory before entering the auction.
Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the hospital office during working hours or online at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The successful bidder must deposit 50% of the bid amount immediately at the time of auction, with the remaining 50% due by 31 January 2027. Approved parking tariffs are fixed at Rs. 10 for motorcycles, Rs. 20 for cars and vans, and other rates as determined by hospital administration. Ambulances and rickshaws are exempted from parking fees. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason.
