Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Tando Jam, located in Sindh Province, invites sealed tender bids for the procurement of sanitary workers including accessories for the urban centres within the limits of Town Municipal Corporation Tando Jam. This is a service procurement tender issued under single stage one envelope procedure with an estimated cost offered at offer rate basis. The work is to be completed within a twelve-month period following contract award. Bidders must submit bids in sealed covers addressing the Tender Receiving Officer at the District Council Building, Thandesar Road, Hyderabad.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate, SRB Certificate, NTN Certificate, Valid Professional Tax Certificate, Bank Statement covering the last three years, and demonstrate relevant experience of a minimum of three years in similar work. The bid security or call deposit fee is set at five percent of the estimated cost, with bid documents costing five thousand Pakistani rupees. Bidders are required to submit complete and corrected tender documents with accurate postal addresses and quoted rates in both words and figures. All documents must be accompanied by supporting evidence confirming eligibility, and bidders submitting incomplete or fake documents will face automatic rejection without compensation.
Bidding documents will be issued upon written request on letter head by interested parties and contractors. First attempt bid submission and opening is scheduled for 01-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with second attempt set for 21-07-2026 at the same time, both at the Office of Town Municipal Corporation Tando Jam. All bids will be opened by the procurement committee in the presence of contractors and bidders who wish to attend. Bidders are advised to obtain bid documents well in advance and submit proposals in compliance with SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended.
