Description / Scope of Work
The National Police Academy (NPA), located in Sector H-11, Federal territory, invites electronic bids for the disposal of 02 horses on an as-is-where-is basis through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0). This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process regulated under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. The disposal activity is identified by Disposal Activity ID D10531 and represents a straightforward asset liquidation exercise with no complex technical requirements or substantial value.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Individual bidders, sole proprietorships, firms, and companies are eligible to participate. The requirement for PEC registration applies only if the disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works, which does not apply to this horse disposal. Standard tax compliance and registration documentation will form the basis of eligibility assessment.

Manual bids are not accepted; all submissions must be made electronically through the EPADS v2.0 platform on or before Wednesday, 2 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Online opening of bids will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders will receive automatic notification of preliminary results through the platform, with final results announced according to the bidding documents.
