Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites bids for desilting of drains and nullah located at Rawalpindi Cantonment in Punjab. This is a works contract procured on a national basis using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The project concerns the cleaning and maintenance of drainage infrastructure within Rawalpindi Cantonment to improve water flow and prevent flooding. The scope of work involves complete desilting operations as detailed in the technical specifications and market rates provided in the bidding document. Bids must be submitted in a single envelope containing all technical and financial proposals as per the standard bidding document format prescribed for national procurement in Pakistan.
