Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic tenders through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) for multiple infrastructure development schemes valued at approximately Rs. 122.5 million. The procurement encompasses three major projects: construction of drains, pavements, streets, culverts, retaining walls and PCC roads across multiple union councils in Dargai region including Daragai, Kharki, Wartair, Meherdi, Sakhakot Khas, Sakhakot Jadeed, Baharki Bandaiat, Koper, Badraga, Hero Shah, G.U Khel, Kot and Sellay Pattay under the ADP scheme valued at Rs. 70 million and Rs. 50 million respectively, as well as provision of container solid waste management facilities for Tehsil Dargai under the Malakand Area Development Programme (MADP) valued at Rs. 2.5 million. The tender process is based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) rates and follows single stage two envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules.

Who can bid: Only firms and contractors holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-4 & Above (for schemes 1-2) or C-6 & Above (scheme 3) and duly enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority required per KPPRA rules. Bidders must have active NTN Income Tax Certificate and current PEC/KPP-RA registration for 2026-27.
