Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a major gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of valve lubricants and grease under tender enquiry number SNC-1936/26. The procurement is open to both foreign suppliers and local manufacturers. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process for the supply of specified lubricants and greases required for pipeline operations across the company's distribution network in Pakistan. The tender covers supply of items with delivery at Multan Stores, and bidders are required to provide complete technical and financial proposals with detailed specifications conforming to the company's requirements.
Bidders must be registered and authorized representatives with relevant business licenses and certifications including Sales Tax Registration and Income Tax certificates as applicable. A bid bond (security) in accordance with clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with the financial proposal in original form. The bid must remain valid for ninety days from the closing date. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public opening of bids, and attendance requires submission of an authority letter as specified in the tender documents. Non-compliance with terms and conditions may result in bid rejection, and any attempt to obstruct competition may lead to blacklisting of the firm.

Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial proposal envelopes must be submitted to the same address by 1430 hours on 7 May 2026, with public opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the same date.
