Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir West invites sealed tender bids for eight infrastructure and municipal services projects under the Annual Procurement Plan for Financial Year 2026. The procurement covers cleaning and desalting of Nallah systems in multiple union councils, sewerage line maintenance, paver block installation, machinery hiring, and construction or repair of health and educational facilities including MCH Dispensary Garam Chashma and Muhammad Hussain School. Each project is valued at approximately Rs. 3.0 million, with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 2,996,369 to Rs. 2,999,509. All works are located within TMC Manghopir Town in Karachi, Sindh province, and will be executed under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) through single-stage, one-envelope bidding.
Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN certificate from Federal Board of Revenue with Active Tax Payer List status, valid professional tax, and registration with Sindh Board of Revenue. Contractors must hold PEC Category C6 or higher and demonstrate annual financial turnover equivalent to the estimated project cost over the last five years. Income tax returns for the previous two years, financial audit reports, and bank statements covering at least three years are mandatory submission requirements. Bid security of 5 percent should be deposited from the company's account, and bidders must submit an affidavit confirming no prior blacklisting.
Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS Sindh e-procurement portal (http://portal.Sindh.eprucurement.gov.pk) from 01 July 2026 to 15 July 2026 during office hours at the Office of the Executive Engineer (B&R) TMC Manghopir Town near Garam Chashma at Manghopir Road, Karachi (West). Sealed tenders must be submitted by 16 July 2026 at 02:00 PM at the same venue. Tender opening will occur at 02:30 PM on 16 July 2026 in the presence of interested contractors.
