Description / Scope of Work
The Town Committee Shaheed Fazil Rahu (Golarchi), located in District Badin, Sindh, is inviting eligible contractors to participate in a re-auction for the Cattle Pen Tan contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This re-auction is being conducted following the finalization of auction documentation and the unsuccessful completion of the previous auction process as per the South Local Councils (Auctioning of Collection Rights) Rules, 2016. The contract covers the operation and management of cattle pen facilities in Golarchi with a reserve price of rupees six thousand and one hundred (Rs. 6,100) and a bid security deposit requirement of rupees six hundred and ten (Rs. 610).
Eligible contractors and registered firms are invited to participate in this re-auction by depositing ten percent of the official bid security amount with the Town Committee, Shaheed Fazil Rahu (Golarchi). Contractors declared ineligible or blacklisted by the competent authority or the South Local Councils shall not be permitted to participate. The bidding process follows the South Local Councils (Auctioning of Collection Rights) Rules, 2016, and all interested parties must possess the required potential and capacity to fulfill contractual obligations under the provisions of law and the applicable local council regulations.
Following acceptance of the bid, the successful contractor must immediately deposit at least one-third of the official offer amount to enter into agreement with the Local Council within three days. The remaining balance shall be paid in twelve equal monthly installments, with all installments payable in advance by the fifth day of each month. The auction will be held on 19-07-2026, with further dates scheduled for 21-07-2026 and 24-07-2026.
