Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Building and Works Department invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and companies for a framework contract covering repair, maintenance and services of air-conditioners of various capacities at UET Lahore for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This pre-qualification process is being conducted in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws including the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR-2014) as amended, along with the Procurement Regulations 2024. The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning systems across the university campus in Lahore, Punjab. Interested applicants must be registered with PPRA and possess all necessary licenses and technical qualifications to undertake air-conditioner maintenance services. The detailed framework contract specifications, scope of work, terms and conditions are provided in the official Prequalification Document (PQD).
Eligible applicants must be registered firms or companies with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. All applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS portal on or before 17 July 2026 at 09:00 AM. The date of opening of submitted applications will be announced as 09:30 AM on the same date, with the response time commencing from the date the applications are uploaded on the PPRA website. The prequalification documents are available free of cost to interested applicants and can be downloaded from the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk, as well as from https://tef.punjab.gov.pk.
Applications must be submitted using the E-PADS system or before the deadline of 17 July 2026 (Monday) at 09:00 AM. The opening time for submitted applications is 09:30 AM, and the response time shall be calculated from the date of uploading on the PPRA website. The tender reference URL is https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and all tender opening and response calculations shall be based exclusively on the publication date displayed on the PPRA website.
