The Building and Works Department of the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore invites pre-qualification applications from experienced firms for a framework contract covering repair, maintenance and services of installed air-conditioning systems across the UET Lahore campus for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The scope encompasses all AC units in academic blocks, offices, hostels, laboratories and administrative areas, including split, window, cassette, inverter, package and centralized systems. Services required include monthly preventive maintenance with inspection, cleaning, lubrication and calibration; corrective and breakdown maintenance with emergency response within 24 hours; annual full servicing and performance testing; supply and installation of approved spare parts compliant with manufacturer specifications; and comprehensive documentation with quarterly performance reports.
Eligible applicants must be registered firms or contractors with valid NTN and PRA registration, possessing at least three years of documented experience in AC repair and maintenance for government or large institutional clients. Financial capacity must demonstrate average annual turnover of not less than PKR 2 million over the preceding three years, verified through bank statements. Applicants must have qualified HVAC technicians and electricians available with relevant certifications, own or have assured access to a service workshop equipped for AC maintenance, and provide an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. All scanned copies of supporting documents must match original credentials.
