Description / Scope of Work
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Head Office Islamabad, a public sector bank, invites open auction bids for the disposal of one official vehicle through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. The asset being auctioned is a Suzuki Jimny Jeep manufactured in 2008, with a reserve price of PKR 530,000 without tax. The vehicle is currently located at the bank's Regional Office in Gilgit-Baltistan and available for inspection on working days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM until one day before the auction date. The auction will be conducted as an open auction on a "as is where is basis" without any warranty or representation.
Interested eligible individuals and firms must submit a Pay Order or Bank Draft amounting to PKR 20,000 as earnest money in favor of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited before the submission deadline. Earnest money must be deposited at the bank's Procurement Department at Head Office Islamabad or the Regional Operation Head at Gilgit-Baltistan. Bidders are required to participate exclusively through the PPRA EPADS System Version 2.0 at www.epads.gov.pk, and manual bid submissions will not be accepted. The reserve price shall not be reduced. Tax will be charged at 10 percent for active tax filers and 20 percent for non-filers on the quoted amount as per applicable laws.
The successful bidder must deposit PKR 150,000 within five days of the auction award and the remaining balance within 15 working days. Failure to deposit payment within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of earnest money. Transfer fees and other government charges shall be borne by the purchaser. Bids submission and opening are scheduled for 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons as per PPRA disposal rules.
