Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Transformer Oil Class-1 on a national basis. This is a goods procurement conducted through a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The procurement is being managed by the Material Management Directorate, Chief Engineer (MM) at IESCO Headquarters, located in Sector G-7/4, Islamabad Capital Territory. The bidding document establishes the complete scope, specifications, and commercial terms for the supply of transformer oil meeting Class-1 standards required for IESCO's electrical distribution operations in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including net financial resources and production capacity requirements as detailed in the bid data sheet. A bid security declaration is required from all participating bidders. Interested contractors and suppliers must possess appropriate manufacturing or trading licenses and demonstrate their capacity to supply transformer oil meeting international Class-1 specifications.
