Frontier Works Organization invites sealed offers from registered firms and contractors for the supply of hired mechanical transport services comprising 6 and 10 wheeler trucks, trailers of 20, 30, and 40 feet capacity, and special bowzers for the carriage of FWO stores including bitumen in bulk and packed form, steel, and cement in bulk and packed form. The contract is valid from August 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and covers operations across multiple regions including Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan. Four separate tenders are invited under this notice for bitumen bulk transport, bitumen packed transport, steel transport, and cement bulk or packed transport with rates to be quoted per ton or as specified.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors registered with Headquarters Frontier Works Organization. Interested bidders must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000.00 per tender document and submit bid security of Rs. 200,000.00 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with their tender documents. All offers must be valid for the specified contract period from August 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and any overwritten or late submissions will not be entertained.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Supply and Transport Branch at Headquarters Frontier Works Organization between July 3 and July 19, 2026 during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by July 20, 2026 at 1000 hours, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 1030 hours in the presence of authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
