Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Swat-I invites electronic bids from eligible Government registered firms and contractors specializing in civil works (specialization code CE-09) for accelerated sustainable development initiatives across District Swat, KPK. This single-stage single-envelope tender covers five separate lots of street pavement, drainage systems, and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) road construction with allied works at five locations: Kacha Kot Jamba (estimated cost Rs. 8.439 million), Kacha Tangai to Sardaray (Rs. 7.942 million), Shaidara to Sherma (Rs. 6.941 million), Addo Toha (Rs. 6.948 million), and Kandaw Toha (Rs. 7.936 million). Bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk in sealed envelopes before the closing date and time of 11:00 AM on 11-09-2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of Government Contractors or their authorized representatives who opt to attend. Bid documents are available through the ePADS system.
