Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites electronic bids from registered construction firms for special maintenance work on Motorway M-14 in the Mianwali region of Pakistan. The contract SM-(M-14)-2025-26-02 covers maintenance activities on the motorway section between KM 54 and KM 62 on the National Bypass corridor. The engineer's estimate for this project is Rs 91,946,134, with an expected bid security of Rs 1,838,923 (2% of the estimated cost). This tender represents a significant infrastructure maintenance initiative aimed at preserving the motorway's operational standards and safety in the Federal territory.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above with specialization in CE-01 and CE-10. Prospective bidders are required to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk, as manual hard copy bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements. The bid security amount of Rs 1,838,923 must accompany all submissions.
Bidding documents will be available for free download from the NHA website www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk starting July 02, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted by July 17, 2026 before 1200 hours to the NHA Maintenance Region M-14 office at Bhattian Wala, Opposite Khyber Petroleum, Sargodha Road, Mianwali. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes method.
