Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and vendors for the procurement of JET-A1 fuel at the London Heathrow Airport (LHR) station. This tender is issued by the Supply Chain Management Department under tender reference GMCM/FUEL/JET-A1/LHR/07/2026 dated 01-07-2026. The procurement will be conducted following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Pakistan Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the Authority. The bidding process is open to all potential eligible bidders meeting the mandatory requirements and eligibility criteria.
Bidders must satisfy all eligibility and mandatory requirements as specified in Section 3 of the bidding document. Prospective suppliers are required to meet technical bid evaluation criteria outlined in Section 4 and submit financial bids according to the criteria in Section 5. All bidders must comply with the Integrity Pact requirements and provide necessary documentation supporting their qualifications, capacity to supply JET-A1 fuel, and financial standing. Bid security and other mandatory requirements as per procurement guidelines must be submitted with the bid.
Bids can be submitted through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Advertising System) portal on or before 1030 hours on 20-07-2026 (Pakistan Standard Time). Bids will be opened through EPADS at 1100 hours on 20-07-2026 (Pakistan Standard Time). Interested bidders should obtain the complete bidding document and draft contract agreement from the Supply Chain Management Department of Pakistan International Airlines.
