Islamabad Model School for Boys (VI-X) located in F-8/3, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed GST registered canteen contractors for the award of canteen contract services for the school. This tender notice (Reference: F-1-1/IMSB/2026/) is issued by the Chairman Canteen Committee of IMSB (VI-X) F-8/3 to engage an experienced and qualified contractor to manage and operate the school canteen effectively. The tender document specifying all details, terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Chairman Canteen Committee during working hours by submitting a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- from 08-07-2026 till 21-07-2026 at 10:00 am.
Prospective bidders must be GST registered with proven experience in running school canteens effectively and professionally. The successful bidder is required to deposit a refundable security amount of Rs.25,000/- as per the contract terms. Evaluation of bids will be conducted on an item-wise basis with the detailed list provided in the tender documents. All eligible bidders are invited to submit their sealed bids.
Sealed bids must be submitted through post, courier or by hand and must reach during working hours by 21-07-2026 latest at 10:00 am. Bids will be opened on 21-07-2026 at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives in the office of the undersigned. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be entertained. The school authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid fully or partially or annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with PPRA rules.
