Description / Scope of Work
The Hydrology and Research Directorate under WAPDA's Member (Water) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of a Stream Gauging Station for HPS Jabban in Punjab province. This civil works project is planned for FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated to cover eligible payments under the contract. The project scope includes complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the stream gauging station equipment and associated infrastructure at the designated location in Punjab.
Bidders must be eligible contractors registered on EPADS v2.0 and capable of executing the specified civil works. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft as described in the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders should refer to the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority for compliance requirements and qualification criteria.
Detailed e-bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. All interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bids opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
