Pakistan Ordnance Factories invites quotations for the supply of indigenous supplies under tender enquiry reference 0068/LP/DS/55. The tender is issued by the Government of Pakistan through its Ordnance Factories division and covers the procurement of items as detailed in the tender schedule. This competitive bidding process is conducted on an open basis to ensure transparency and value for money in the acquisition of supplies required for POF's operations in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered or unregistered firms capable of supplying the specified materials and products. Quotations must be accompanied by a tender fee of Rs. 500/- submitted as a non-refundable crossed postal order in favour of Director Admin-POF's, Wah Cantt. Bid security is mandatory and varies by firm registration status: registered/indexed firms require 2.5% of quoted value (ceiling Rs. 0.5 million), registered/unindexed firms require 3% (ceiling Rs. 0.75 million), and unregistered firms require 5% (ceiling Rs. 1.0 million). Suppliers must provide professional tax clearance certificates and render information regarding hazardous effects on the environment for materials supplied.
Bid documents are available through electronic submission on www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk before 30 minutes of the opening time. Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from the commercial tender opening date. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 hours on 29-JUL-26 at the Bid Center adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt. Quotations should be based on F.O.R. station of dispatch basis with free delivery inclusive of packing, or alternatively free delivery at POF's stores in Wah Cantt with Octroi duty payable by the supplier. Technical and commercial evaluation will follow PPRA rules with contract award to the most advantageous bidder.
