Description / Scope of Work
District Head Quarters Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin invites eligible bidders for the auction of canteen services at three hospital locations for the financial year 2026-27. The auction covers canteen operations at DHQ Hospital New Building (Murala Road, Mandi Bahauddin), City Hospital Block, and Children Hospital Block, with a combined minimum reserve price of PKR 4,303,512. The contract period extends until June 30, 2027, with a possibility of extension for three months upon satisfactory performance. This procurement is managed through the office of the Medical Superintendent, located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab.
Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including submission of bid security in favour of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital, an undertaking on stamp paper confirming acceptance of final decisions, a human resource list with proprietor CNIC copy, proof of enlistment as per The Punjab Local Government (Auction of Collection Rights) Rules 2016, and for previous contractors, a No Objection Certificate from the Medical Superintendent. Bid securities are required as follows: PKR 326,151 for DHQ Hospital New Building canteen, PKR 54,100 for City Hospital Block canteen, and PKR 50,100 for Children Hospital Block canteen.

The open bidding auction will be conducted on July 27, 2026, at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room of DHQ Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin.
